Riya Vishnoi

Riya Vishnoi is a Software Developer in the Technology Solutions team at Future Skills. She holds a Bachelor of Computing Systems with a major in Software Development.

Riya joined Future Skills in 2023 as an IT Support Specialist and later moved into software development. Her time in support taught her how people actually use technology and where it gets in their way. That shapes how she works now. She focuses on building software that is user-friendly and reliable, and on making sure every tool is easy to use for both staff and learners. Before each project she asks how the end user will experience it, and she works closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that solve real problems.

Riya studied in New Zealand as an international student, so she understands the challenges learners face firsthand. She is committed to building technology that makes their journey smoother.

Outside of work, Riya enjoys reading and travelling.
